Welcome to Frankford Friends School’s All-New Summer Program!
Whether your child is making meaningful friendships, learning how to work as part of a team, gaining independence, or developing the confidence to try new things, one thing is for certain:
Frankford Friends offers a summer that your child won’t soon forget.
Get ready for a summer packed with innovation and exploration. We're here to unravel the wonders of engineering through play, teamwork, discovery, hands-on experiments, and creative tinkering. Students also enjoy choice time in the art, ceramics, and music studios, the gym, the makerspace, and the LEGO Lab, combining in a magical session of summer fun.
Filled with innovation, exploration, and endless fun, our program for children in PreKindergarten to 5th grade, combines the best elements of a day camp with the safety, nurturing environment, and exceptional teaching Frankford Friends is known for. Children will be placed in age-appropriate groups to ensure maximum fun and student safety.
In addition to engineering and exploration sessions, we'll hang out in the gym, create art and ceramics, play entertaining community games, and still have plenty of time for free play and socialization.
All participants get exclusive access to cutting-edge tools, including the laser cutter, 3D printer, and various fabrication tools to help them transform concepts into tangible creations.
And what's a summer without water? Relax in the 'Mist'ical Forest, a specially designed water area in our half-acre, stormwater-designed, outdoor green space, where everyone can cool off and have a blast!
Come join the excitement!
